How it Works
New Providers can register themselves into the website by clicking the signup link on the top right of the blue menu bar.
The Providers needs to enter fields like Name of Practice, Person of contact, Email, Address, Password, etc. After entering all the fields properly when he/she clicks the submit button then he/she will get a confirmation message if the registration was completed successfully
You would be able to access the site only after the admin approves of the request. Once the admin approves click on Login to login and you set your profile, worktiming, adding dentists, locations, adding the procedures performed and approx cost.
Before you can accept appointments, you would need to update your profile. Login into the website, click on My account, Click on Profile, You can change your contact and login information. You would also need to set up your scheduling details
Profile
Appointments increment : It is the time duration in which you would like your appointment duration increment for selection by the patients
Min Lead Time: It is the min lead time required for scheduling the appointment online
Max Lead Time: It is the max lead time allowed to schedule an appointment.
Notification to Patient : Set the duration which an email needs to be sent to the patient regarding the appointment.
Notification from Patient : Set the duration in which the dentist would require an email digest about appointment.
Click on update to confirm the changes
Practice
You can a brief description about your practice and add any other additional information regarding your practice here. You can also add your logo. You can also setup a unique url for your practice here
Procedures
You can choose the procedures which are performed in your practice, the duration of the procedure and cost of the procedure. If you perform any procedure which are not available in the list do email us at info@northernirelanddentists.net, we will add it for you. You can choose if double booking can take place during this procedure.
Locations
You would need to add atleast one location. If you have multiple locations you can add the details of the locations here. You can also add the procedures which are performed for each location. You can also sort which locations will be visible in your profile page by clicking on location and move it up and down. You can also add photo of the location by clicking on the location name in the right hand side after you have clicked the update button.
Dentists
Name, Education, Affiliations and brief about the dentist can be entered here. You would also need to assign the dentist to a location. Click oon update and yu can see that the dentist is added in the right of the screen. If you would like to add photo and setting working hours you can click on the dentist name and you can find the links workinghours and photo visible. Click on each link to set the photo and working hours
Closed Dates
You can enter the dates during which your practice is closed. During these closed dates appointments are not scheduled.
Billing
By default Disabled is selected. Disabled You would not be listed in search if you have selected disabled.
Basic You would be listed in search result and would be able to accept appointments online.
FeaturedYou would be listed in search result and would be top on search results and would be able to accept appointments online.
Clicking on change billing will take you to payment form where you can enter your credit card details and update the billing.
